Authorization for automatic payments

If your loan is funded, you hereby authorize Happy Money, Inc., as the loan servicer on your loan, to initiate electronic funds transfers from the account you designate for monthly repayments on your loan. Each month, the debit amount will be your payment, plus any fees, if applicable. Any fees assessed on your loan will be collected using electronic funds transfers initiated by us from your designated account.

You understand this authorization will remain in effect until your loan is paid in full or you notify us. You must notify us at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled payment date to cancel an electronic payment or this Automatic Payment Authorization. You agree to print a copy of this authorization for your records.

The use of electronic funds transfers to remit your payment is NOT a condition of loan approval. You may cancel this Authorization at any time.
