Direct Card Payoff™

If you have selected Direct Card Payoff™ and you later request to cancel your loan contract, subject to applicable law, we will work with our Lending Partner and our agent(s) to accommodate your request to cancel your loan and/or reverse any payments to your credit cards by using the loan funds.
If we, our Lending Partner or our agents are unable to cancel the loan and/or reverse any credit card payments that used loan funds, then you shall have thirty (30) days from the date that your loan was funded to return the loan funds, and you will remain responsible for performance of all obligations assumed in connection with your loan. We have no penalties for early repayment.
